Calling all Towanda Area Veterans!!

The Towanda Area Historical Society is participating with the Towanda District Library, WILL TV and the Alliance Library System in conjunction with the Library of Congress to capture our veterans’ stories.  At this time, TAHS is collecting names and contact information for area veterans and/or their families or others with war time experiences on the home front or in the war itself.   Please plan to participate in one or more of the following ways:

1)  Have your service information listed in the Towanda Area
     History book and website.

2)  Be interviewed and have the recording of the interview
archived and  available to the public at one or more of
     the following websites:

3)  Help to organize, document, record, interview, or in any other way
     participate in this exciting project.
